If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I try and post photos of my bullet journal, or BuJo, almost every day. I get tons of questions about each picture! How do I do this or that, what is such and such for, what pens do you use, etc.? I love answering all of these questions, and I try to do so on Instagram as much as I can.
From Instagram “10-day habit tracker restyle update: I switched to a much simpler style for my habit tracker this month and I am in love! 😍 doing colored dots rather than shading the whole square is faster, easier, and looks a lot cleaner to me. I think I’m going to be sticking with this for a while.”
From Instagram: “When you combine not feeling well, waking up late, and a super busy day at work, what do you get?? An empty daily! Sometimes, life just gets in the way. But now I find myself asking, “if it didn’t get written in my BuJo, did it really happen?” The subtle mysteries of life!”
I still get a lot of questions about the dots at the right of each daily. This is how I track my overall wellbeing. Please see this post for more information on how it got started. I streamlined and simplified the recording process and that is outlined here. I also talk about it in my Plan With Me video for April.
From Instagram: “#PlanWithMeChallenge 4.11: Travel Planning. It’s not exactly travel, but it’s probably the most important overnight bags I’ve ever packed! Keeping a list of what I’ve packed, and still need to pack, for delivering the baby is a necessity because I can’t seem to remember from one hour to the next what I have already done, lol!”
From Instagram: “My newest bullet journal page is a collection of my home improvement wish list. As we come up with more improvements, I’ll add them to the bricks. Right now each brick represents about $100 so that we can easily look at what our next home improvement savings goal should be. As we complete it, I shade in the bricks. I’m still trying to find a good way to record small home repairs… Any ideas?”
From Instagram: “I hope you are all having a lovely Sunday! Be sure to take some time to do the things that make you happy! I’m catching up on my weekly planning with a warm pot of orange jasmine white tea and listening to the wind blow through the trees. Weekends are the best!”
